FIRST TIME registering as an Existing Owner with this application:
- Click the top-first button to open the options.
- Click to select your HOA, enter the Property Address, your HOA Account Number, Owner's First and Last Name.
- Review and Agree to Terms of Use and Authorization.
- Click to Proceed and you will be guided through four screens to register your communication preferences. You will finish at the Summary Page to Review/Edit/Submit to register for another year.
REGISTERED PREVIOUSLY as an Existing Owner with this application:
- Click the middle-second button to open the options.
- Click to select your HOA, enter your Account Number and the Owner's Last Name.
- Review and Agree to Terms of Use and Authorization.
- Click to Proceed and you will be shown the Summary Page where you can Review/Edit and Submit to register for another year.
If you JUST PURCHASED a home and have not registered your preferences with this application:
- Click the bottom-third button to open the options.
- Click to select your HOA name, enter the Property Address and the Owner's First and Last Name.
- Review and Agree to Terms of Use and Authorization.
- Click to Proceed and you will be guided through four screens to register your communication preferences. You will end at the Summary Page at the end to Review/Edit and Submit.
- NOTE: HOA manangement will be sending their welcome packet, including your HOA Account information, to you directly. Registering your preferences here will help make that happen.

Your Account Number should be with your Association dues statement. Contact your Association Managers for your unique Account Number.

Why do I have to register these preferences?
As of January, 2023, California law (SB 392) requires HOAs and HOA management to use the owner's mailing preferences to deliver Association communications. Homeowners can use this application to register their preferences.
In addition, SB 392 seeks to protect the contact information of their members by registering their sharing preferences. Groups inside and agencies outside the Association can request membership lists. Homeowners can use this application to register their sharing preferences.
