Click to Connect will take you to the correct Association Registry. Follow the supplied instructions.

If you do not see your information in the fields above, contact your Homeowners Association Managers directly.

HELM HOA Preferences App

This is the landing page for those homeowners who do not know or possibly incorrectly entered the URL for their HELM associated Homeowners Association.

Entering the Association and Management Name, then clicking the Connect Button will connect you with the proper registry page. From there you can fill in the Property Address and Account numbers to move forward.

If you are a new owner and do not have an account number at this time, you can still start the process by following these instructions:

Fill in the Association Name and Management Names on this page and Click to Connect
You will be taken to the correct registry for the selected Association.
Enter Owner's Name and Property Address.
Leave the Account Number blank for now.
Click to Proceed.
Follow through the all the steps to record your communications preferences.
HOA Managers will be notified and an Account Number will be assigned and sent to you with a welcome letter.
